    Olympus is the primary brand in Japan. For Nikon, Leica, or other brands, please note in advance.
  • How long does the analysis system typically scan?
    The filtration time is typically 3-5 minutes depending on the cleanliness of the filter membrane.
  • How to Determine Metal and Non-metal Particles on the Filter Membrane?
    The light source below our microscope is equipped with a polarizer. We scanned the filter membrane under two distinct optical paths (bright-field and polarized light). Under bright-field conditions, metal particles exhibit reflection, whereas under polarized light, all particles remain non-reflective. The software captures the metal particles based on their reflective and non-reflective properties.
  • What are the standards in the analysis system?
    Contains VDA19.1 and ISO16232.2018 standards, and can be customized to meet your needs.
  • What is the standard pore size typically provided for filter membranes?
    Available in 47mm diameter with 5um aperture, other sizes are also available. If you require multiple apertures, please let our sales representative know.
  • What are the cleaning methods for solvent extraction machines?
    Pressure, ultrasound, perfusion, flow rate, and air purge are not standard cleaning methods; the appropriate cleaning approach must be selected based on the characteristics of your product.
  • What is the equipment footprint?
    It is recommended to place the entire equipment in a cleanroom with a cleanliness level of 100,000, covering an area of 20 square meters.
  • What is the device's power and voltage?
    The entire system has a total power of 5kW, and the voltage is set according to the China standard of 220V. The power supply voltage in your country or region needs to be customized, and you should explain this to the salesperson in advance.
  • What preparations are required for device installation?
    A 20-square-meter room with 3 laboratory workbenches (dimensions: 1500mm x 750mm x 800mm) and power supply for equipment.
  • How does your analytical system compare with JOMESA?
    Different brand positioning can meet the measurement requirements for particle pollution size and quantity, and we can provide you with a comparison table later.
  • Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?
    If joint transportation is required, we recommend partnering with a foreign trade company to handle export procedures, which will then coordinate with our various suppliers.
