Product Description

Pressure Jet Cleaning

High-pressure cleaning ports inside the cleaning chamber perform automatic cleaning on component inspection positions in accordance with preset parameters. Alternatively, a pressure cleaning spray gun can be used for manual surface rinsing of components following standard cleaning procedures. Cleaning pressure, flow rate and spray angle are fully adjustable to meet specification requirements.

Perfusion Flow Velocity Cleaning

Components are rinsed at a constant liquid output rate per minute. This solution is widely adopted by numerous European and American clients for benchmarking compliance.

Real-time On-line Filtration for Sample Preparation

Contaminated cleaning liquid after component washing passes through an on-line filter to enable synchronous automatic recovery and filtration. Particulate pollutants stripped from component surfaces are captured onto test filter membranes instantly. No manual liquid filtration operation is required.

Working Status Monitoring & Display

Real-time visual feedback of equipment running status, instantaneous flow rate, total consumed cleaning liquid volume, active cleaning mode and more. Continuous operational monitoring is implemented. When a malfunction arises, the machine shuts down automatically, activates an audible/visual alarm, displays specific error codes and provides troubleshooting guidance.

Refilling / Replenishing & Draining Cleaning Liquid

The internal tank holds a maximum volume of 20 liters of cleaning fluid. Compatible cleaning liquid can be automatically fed into the unit via the dedicated filling port; users may adjust the filling volume based on cleaning and testing requirements. When cleaning liquid needs replacement, select the corresponding control button to open the drain port, and the equipment will automatically discharge waste cleaning fluid.
